Christmas preparation 101
In this weekend, you will see how to decorate the house for the holidays in the "Victorian Style". The aim of course is to be able to take those ideas back home to decorate your own home. Marion will also conduct a workshop that will show you how to make custom Christmas crackers, the ones with the funny hats inside. You will make a grape vine wreath and a beeswax candle to take home with you. Some other possibilities exist and can be arranged. |

Kayaking the St Lawrence
There are literally 1800 plus islands to explore in our region and what better way to do that than with an expert. Listen to the Friday night explanation of what is planned and be sure to map out the route you will take the next day. Saturday off to the river to see first hand what a beautiful and pristine landscape exists here. Bring your camera and binoculars and take home an experience you will tell everyone about. |
